UTAUloid Terms of Service (TOS)By using this UTAU voicebank ("UTAUloid"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. Licensing of Voicebank:The UTAUloid is provided for personal, non-commercial use and commercial use in music production only. You may use the UTAUloid for commercial music purposes, such as creating and selling songs, without obtaining additional licenses or permissions. However, for any other commercial uses, including but not limited to advertising, you must obtain explicit permission from the creator of the UTAUloid. The UTAUloid may not be used in any form of advertising without prior written consent from the creator.2. Licensing of Official Art:2.a Non-Commercial Usage: The official art of the character associated with the UTAUloid may be used for non-commercial purposes only. This includes personal fan art, social media posts, and other non-commercial uses, as long as proper attribution to the creator of the art is provided.2.b Commercial Usage: Drawings of the character's design, created by users or commissioned artists, may be used for commercial purposes, such as music videos, as long as the art is an original creation. However, when being sold as a print or other merchandise, it must be clearly stated that the art is unofficial and not endorsed by the creator of the UTAUloid.3. Attribution:When using the UTAUloid voicebank in any publicly released works, you must credit the voicebank used. Provide clear and visible credit to the UTAUloid voicebank in the description or credits section of your work.4. Modifications:You may modify the UTAUloid's voicebank files for personal use only. However, you may not redistribute or share modified versions of the UTAUloid without the explicit permission of the creator.5. Distribution:Distribution of the UTAUloid's voicebank files, whether modified or unmodified, is prohibited for public redistribution or distribution for profit without explicit permission from the creator. However, users may share the voicebank files directly between friends for personal use.6. Derivatives:You may not create derivative voicebanks based on the UTAUloid or use this voicebank as a base for an RVC (Rendered UTAU) voicebank.
